Four steps, usually inside two weeks: a 30-minute intro call, a short paid take-home (real, scoped work — never spec work), a 90-minute pairing session with the founder, and an offer. You'll always know what stage you're at and what's next.
Remote-first and async-first. We hire for talent, not timezone. There are a couple of overlapping hours for demos and pairing, but you own your calendar — we care about what you ship, not when you're online.
Yes. Every role lists a range before the first call, and we'll talk numbers openly in the intro. We'd rather lose your time early than waste it. Compensation is benchmarked to senior product-studio rates, not body-shop rates.
