What we collect
Information you give us: when you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, what you need and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. If you book a call or message us on WhatsApp, the booking tool or WhatsApp passes us the details you enter there.
Information collected automatically: our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare estimates and proposals you ask for, to send the newsletter if you subscribed, and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example our hosting provider, email provider, scheduling tool and analytics provider), and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as required by our contract and the law. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email hello@nextwebx.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
